 Pro-Se-Litigation.com is for the self represented that choose not to participate in a Class Action in which the Class Action Attorneys walk away with millions of dollars in fees and the Class Participants receive a mere pittance [if anything at all]

Pro-Se-Litigation.com is the concept of “Unbundled” legal services is to provide provided a platform to access and obtain limited legal services where an attorney performs, and the Pro-Se pays for, only those discrete tasks the Pro-Se requests. Examples of individual tasks an attorney might be hired for include: (1) providing legal advice, (2) conducting legal research, (3) gathering facts, (4) conducting discovery, (5) engaging in negotiations, (6) drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, and other court documents, (7) providing limited representation in court, (8) making “referrals to expert witnesses or other counsel,” and (9) providing “standby telephone assistance during negotiations or settlement conferences.”

Pro-Se-Litigation.com does not wish to promote litigation or the filing of lawsuits without merit and is developing a network that provides the self represented support in all areas of the legal process, regardless of forum in each state of the nation so the self represented can litigate with confidence without fear of Judicial retribution.

Pro-Se-Litigation.com believes affordable legal access is everyone’s right, and that thousands of individuals with proper guidance can present and obtain justice for the wrongs inflicted on them by Corporations and other entities that as a matter of corporate policy and business planning, lie, cheat and steal money, causing physical or emotional damage to them and their property.

Pro-Se-Litigation.com is dedicated to overturning legislation in the Nation that is cloaked in constitutionally, but in reality act as a Prior Restraint, inflicts a lifetime of Cruel and Unusual Punishment for the wrong deemed committed by the Pro-Se Litigant.

An example is California’s Vexatious Litigation Statute CCP§ 391 and Pro-Se-Litigation.com will lobby for sound legislation as well as for Judiciary term limits with greater scrutiny of the unbridled power of Judges in the state and federal courts.

Pro-Se-Litigation.com resulted from the lack of affordable information and is developing a network affordable professional Litigation Support assistance for those that choose to be Self Represented.

He now has a Degree from the UNIVERSITY OF HARD KNOCKS  and has come to understand exactly what is needed to simply Demand the Justice for which so many have made the ultimate sacrifice. That ultimate sacrifice was made and continues to be made daily so YOU the Self Represented can demand the Justice to which you are entitled at an affordable cost.
